Brandon Thompson Commissioned 2nd Lieutenant of the United States Marine Corps Wichita, Ks Aug 1, 2011

The Commissioning Ceremony of 2nd Lt. Brandon Thompson was held at Veterans Memorial Park, followed by a wonderful reception held at the Ks. African American Museum. The event was hosted by the future Marine fighter pilot's wife Alicia. Brandon is the son of Keith and Pam (McCartney) Thompson. He is the older brother of Tim Thompson. Brandon has two children Ashley and Gracie, with one on the way. A graduate of Wichita Heights school, Brandon has been busy, he has 4 college degrees (one being a Masters) and he's a licensed certified pilot. The event was attended by a host of family and friends. Whooraa!!
