Bad news, there will be no SoulFood at the the SoulFood Festival this year! Say What?

Why no SoulFood this year? The OKC City food inspectors say So, How about that?
The impossible restrictions are. Screen door, running water, floor, tarp layered floor, window, space, bathroom, tv, air-cond ..........
Also, City permit to serve food, food insurance, City food inspector, extra utensils, clean table cloths, clean bug spray, covered tent, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher and a armed guard.
Ms, all I need is a BBQ-grill and some SoulFood. No problem. What are you talking about? Is this documented? What's your profile????
